Hi, I’m George. I’m the person behind The Inkwell Guild, where people come for help getting hired.

I started this because I’ve been on both sides of the job hunt: as a Navy vet figuring out what’s next, and as a recruiter reading tons of resumes a day.

 

What I Saw and Why It Bugged Me

Here’s the truth: most resumes get tossed, and not because the person’s unqualified but because their resume didn’t tell the right story.

Then I watched people pay for help, only to end up with flashy, cookie-cutter documents that hurt more than they helped. I knew I could and therefore should do better for people who need to work, support their families, or just want to feel like they belong in the room again.
