Whether you’re a career changer, starting out after high school or rejoining the workforce, these sessions give you a step-by-step path forward. Session 1: Goals & Direction We’ll clarify what kind of work you’re aiming for, identify your strengths, and narrow down the types of roles that fit best. You’ll leave with clear targets and job postings to explore. Session 2: Resume & Cover Letter We’ll create or refine your resume and cover letter, so they highlight your skills and match what employers are looking for. You’ll walk away with polished materials tailored to your goals. Session 3: Application Strategy You’ll learn how to organize your job search and follow up the right way. Together, we’ll set up a simple system so you can track your progress and stay on top of opportunities. Session 4 (Optional): Interview Practice We’ll do a mock interview and go over common questions, communication tips, and confidence-building strategies. You’ll leave ready to face interviews with less stress and more confidence. By the end of this program, you’ll have: A clear job search roadmap A professional resume and cover letter An application and follow-up system Interview practice (if you choose the full 4 sessions)
