Service Description
A focused, individualized service for job seekers who need a stronger job-search strategy and better positioning of their experience. The package begins with a 45-minute intake and assessment covering your work history, skills, goals, current job search, realistic job targets, transferable skills, and résumé needs. Following the intake, The Inkwell Guild develops an individualized job-search strategy, identifies suitable job titles, employers, search terms, and search methods, and reviews and improves one existing résumé. The package also includes a 30-minute follow-up session to deliver your materials, explain the strategy, and show you how to put it into practice. You conduct your own job search and submit your own applications. The Inkwell Guild provides analysis, strategy, résumé support, and practical guidance. Employment, interviews, and job offers are not guaranteed. Additional job-search strategy sessions are available separately.
Cancellation Policy
Career Services Terms & Cancellation Policy – September 2026 Service Scope: The Career Strategy Package includes a 45-minute intake/assessment, individualized career/job-target analysis, job-search strategy, transferable-skills and positioning guidance, improvement of one existing résumé for one primary employment direction, and a 30-minute delivery/instruction session. If no usable résumé exists and a new résumé must be created, a $50 package-rate résumé creation fee applies. This reduced rate is available only with the package; standalone résumé services are priced separately. The fee will be discussed and must be approved before work begins. Additional career-strategy sessions are $75 per 45 minutes. Client Responsibility: The Inkwell Guild provides career guidance, job-search strategy, résumé support, and practical tools. You remain responsible for choosing opportunities and completing/submitting applications. Career Services do not include job placement, recruiting, submitting applications, or contacting employers on your behalf. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information used in your résumé or career strategy. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds: Full payment is due at booking. If you cancel before the initial intake and before individualized work begins, you will receive a refund less a $35 nonrefundable cancellation fee. A missed initial intake without notice is a cancellation and, if individualized work has not begun, the same refund applies. Once the intake begins or The Inkwell Guild starts individualized work on your career strategy or résumé, all payments are nonrefundable except where required by law. Missed later delivery/follow-up appointments remain nonrefundable and may be rescheduled subject to availability. If The Inkwell Guild cannot complete the service, an appropriate refund for unprovided services will be issued. No Guarantee of Employment Results: Career Services are advisory and educational. The Inkwell Guild does not guarantee employer responses, interviews, job offers, compensation, hiring decisions, or employment. Hiring and other employment outcomes are controlled by employers or other third parties. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken in your job search and for your use of the strategies and materials provided.
