How It Works
Getting married can be simple. Once you have your Virginia marriage license, the process takes just a few straightforward steps.

Obtain Your Marriage License
Get a valid Virginia marriage license from a Virginia Circuit Court Clerk's Office before your ceremony.

Book Your Ceremony
Choose an available date and time online and provide the basic information needed for your ceremony.

Meet for the Ceremony
We'll meet at your home or another agreed location in Fredericksburg, Stafford, or Spotsylvania.

We Complete the Paperwork
After the ceremony, we complete the required marriage record and return it to the Circuit Court Clerk's Office that issued the license.
